What advice would you give your high school self?
Say yes to more things and don’t be afraid to make mistakes!! Nobody’s perfect and it’s better to learn than to never experience it.

What advice would you give your high school self?
Get out of your comfort zone! Try things you're interested in, try everything and that way you will find yourself and some great friends. So don't be afraid to put yourself out there.

Don't believe that you need to find all of the answers today. They'll eventually blossom and present themselves to you.

The advice I would give my high school self is not to be afraid to get involved.

What advice would you give your high school self?
Good times come and go try and enjoy the little moments and don't ruin it by overthinking. You are smarter than you think all you have to do is try.

Our Coyote Ambassadors (CA's) are a fantastic group of student leaders and we are really proud of the work they do for our Campus Tours and Visitor Center! Year after year our Coyote Ambassadors transform the visitor experience at CSUSB, and although we are sad every time our CAs leave we are genuinely proud of each and every one of them. What will you miss about being a Coyote Ambassador?
"What I will miss most about being a Coyote Ambassador is all the new people you come across while giving a tour. It was fun to give tours when you had an engaging crowd. Due to the fact that not only do you learn new stuff about different people they also can teach you something about yourself!"
What advice do you have for future Coyote Ambassadors?
“Some advice I have for the future Coyote Ambassadors is to not be afraid to push yourself out of your comfort zone. You will never know what will come if you allow yourself to stay within your comfort zone.”
What are you doing after graduation?
“Ever since graduating, I plan to find jobs where I can work very closely with the youth. I have always had a passion for helping the younger generation who lack resources and helping them see there is a brighter future ahead for them.”

“After graduation, I became employed at a private university and looking to grow into a coordinator position!”

What will you miss about being a Coyote Ambassador?
"What I will miss the most about being a Coyote Ambassador is, the opportunities I had to meet and form connections with many prospective students as well as meeting some amazing teachers on my group tours. I will definitely miss showing them around the school when they return for future visits.”
What advice do you have for future Coyote Ambassadors?
“My advice for future Coyote Ambassadors is, some of the stuff gets repetitive so try not to lose your energy explaining to new sets of people. My other piece of advice is 'own the show,' and tell your group about yourself. I once learned from a former professor of mine that when you tell your students about who you are talk about who you are outside of school and work and your interests you open a window as a way to connect with your group/students. They will remember that. As I told Jason to be the queen!”
What are you doing after graduation?
“As for after graduation, I plan to still be serving our incoming students by being either an academic advisor or an admissions counselor at the university level.”
