Elizabeth began her professional journey at CSUSB in 2005. She has served CSUSB’s campus community for 16 years. Currently, she holds the role of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs. Elizabeth is responsible for a wide variety of complex administrative analyst specialist functions that support the Vice President of Student Affairs and the division as a whole.

Elizabeth has wide-ranging experience in complex calendar management, disaster preparedness, basic response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations, planning, coordination, and execution of division-wide programming and initiatives. Over the course of her time with CSUSB she’s had the pleasure to serve on a variety of campus and division wide committees, most recently on Staff Council.

On Staff Council she serves as a campus voice for all staff members and contributes to campus conversations on non-collective bargaining issues. Elizabeth Junker is a proud native of the Coachella Valley and is an Alumna of CSUSB. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2015.

Miesha Zamazuma

Miesha Zumazuma joined the Coyote family in 2017 as the Marketing and Communications Specialist. She discovered her passion for higher education public relations while working in the Office of Public Affairs at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. During her career, she has worked in a variety of journalism, marketing, and public relations roles. Most recently serving as the managing editor at the National Hot Rod Association, where she supervised the editorial staff and coordinated the production of its bi-weekly magazine.

Miesha earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in journalism from Cal Poly Pomona and Master’s degree in Professional Communications from California State University, Fullerton.

Kantaralia Rodriguez is the Assistant to the Associate Vice President for Student Success & Educational Equity. Kantaralia joined the CSUSB family in June 2021. Kantaralia has over 10 years of experience working in higher education. Kantaralia earned two bachelor's degrees from CSUSB in Management and Information Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands.

Mary-Christine Ulatan-Robles, MPA ’07 & ’17 (she/her/hers)

Mary-Christine Ulatan-Robles has served the CSUSB community as a professional staff member since 2007. Currently, Mary is serving as the Division of Student Affairs budget officer and human resources liaison, since December 2018. Mary has oversight of all fiscal and personnel matters for the division, and is an active member within the campus community, having served in various capacities on a variety of committees. 

Mary is a double CSUSB alumna, receiving both her bachelor of science degree in Nutrition and Food Science and a master of arts degree in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Administration degree from California Baptist University, with research interests in government accountability and performance, public organizations and public policy, and higher education.

Pamela De La Torre, M.A. HESA (she/her(s)/ella)

Pamela De La Torre is the Assistant to the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students. She joined the Coyote family in 2019 as a multi-grant Coordinator with University Enterprise Corporation at CSUSB and transitioned over to the Vice President of Student Affairs administrative team in April 2022. She is a proud is a Latina immigrant, first-gen graduate and professional, and social justice advocate from Lima, Peru.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Redlands, and over 10 years of administrative experience. After joining CSUSB, she found her passion helping students and aspires to pursue a Doctoral degree in Education to give back to her CSUSB family and community.
