Financial aid disbursements are determined by the sessions enrolled and the total number of units. Based on federal regulations, Summer 2023 financial aid disbursements will occur after Spring 2023 final grades are posted and after the 2022/2023 Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) has been processed.
Federal Pell Grant
- Undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least 6 units for the Pell Grant to disburse.
- Classified credential students must be enrolled in at least 6 units of Pell eligible teaching credential courses.
Loans
Loan funds will be issued once enrollment is confirmed. Undergraduate/credential students must meet the minimum 6 units requirement and graduate student must meet the 3 unit requirement before funds will disburse.
Withdrawals
- If you withdraw during any session and have received a financial aid disbursement, you may be required to repay financial aid funds.
