Seven CSUSB Students Named as Sally Casanova Scholars

Congratulations to our 2023-24 Sally Casanova Scholars! Out of a pool of 156 highly qualified CSU students, seven of our CSUSB applicants were selected for this prestigious program.

The Sally Casanova Pre-Doctoral Scholars program offers financial assistance and mentoring for promising juniors, seniors, and graduate students who aspire to obtain a doctoral degree.

CSUSB ranked among best graduate schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report

CSUSB has been named among the nation’s top universities in 2023-24 as nine of its programs have been listed among the best in the nation according to U.S. News & World Report.

In its 2023-24 graduate school rankings, U.S. News & World Report has listed nine Cal State San Bernardino programs among the best universities in the nation.

The rankings highlight CSUSB’s work to provide quality graduate programs for CSUSB undergraduates and undergraduates in general, said Rafik Mohamed, CSUSB provost and vice president for academic affairs.

“The U.S. News & World Report rankings emphasize the dedication of our faculty, staff and administrators in developing exceptional graduate academic programs that will help our students excel in the classroom and in their careers after graduation,” Mohamed said.
